Office Moves

Facilities Management accepts office move requests. Whether it be for physical furniture or the moving of technology, facilities must first receive a request form and it must be approved. All moving on computers/technology are forwarded to the EIT Helpdesk. Please submit a request using the form below.

Facilities Management will contact you within 2 weeks to schedule your requested move. Facilities Management requests that you identify your preferred move date and time; however, we require at least 2 weeks' notice. Here is our process:

  1. Facilities Management receives your office move request via email.
  2. The email is forwarded to your Dean or Director for approval.
  3. Once the approval is received, the Manager, Projects & Facilities Planning reviews the move request and assigns the work.
  4. Once the move has been assigned, you will receive a call from the move facilitator.

Prior to scheduling a move, Facilities Management needs to attain all appropriate approvals and confirmations and to schedule movers. Please be patient while we receive all of the appropriate approvals; we will contact you within 2 weeks.
