The Partnership for Productive Organizational Conflict integrates the knowledge of organizational psychology researchers and organizational conflict resolution practitioners. These individuals are selected to represent specific sets of expertise needed in the partnership.The fusion of our scientist-practitioner team will guide our studies and the insights we collectively extract about whether and how conflict resolution programs have a positive impact on employee functioning and performance.
