🎓 Our Graduate Program Offerings
We offer specialized pathways at both the Master’s, Doctoral, and Diploma levels:
  • M.Sc. in Applied Psychology – Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Stream
    Focuses on individual, group, and organizational behavior to solve critical problems in the modern workplace. Home to the largest concentration of I/O faculty in Canada and affiliated with the CN Centre for Occupational Health & Safety.
     
  • M.Sc. in Applied Psychology – Forensic Psychology Stream
    An intensive, non-clinical research program focusing on human behavior within the legal and justice systems, covering risk assessment instruments, correctional psychology, and legal procedures.
     
  • Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
    A terminal, three-year doctoral degree (post-Master's) designed to build elite competencies in personnel selection, organizational intervention, team structures, and advanced quantitative research.
     
  • Graduate Diploma in Personnel Psychology
    A flexible, 5-course online diploma completed over two years on a part-time basis for working professionals looking to elevate their HR and personnel workflows.

📋 Ready to Join Us?
Admission to our graduate programs is competitive. Here is what you need to know to prepare your application:
  • Key Deadline: December 15th for all regular fall admissions (September start).
  • Core Requirements: An Honours degree in Psychology (or equivalent 60 credit hours of psychology course work including an independent research project), a personal statement/CV, official transcripts, and 3 academic recommendation forms.
  • Tip for Success: Prospective students are strongly encouraged to review our faculty directories and look up potential research advisors whose work aligns with their thesis interests before applying.
