There are many supports in place to ensure that your studies at the University are successful. Whether you are new to Saint Mary’s, midway through your degree, graduating this year or in a graduate program, the department of Student Affairs & Services is here to help.

Kyle Cook BA '23 (He/Him) is Interim Indigenous Student Advisor at Saint Mary's University. Originally from Ktaqmkuk (Newfoundland), Kyle is a proud Mi'kmaw man and an active community member of Qalipu First Nation. He is a graduate of Saint Mary's University, BA'23, with a double major in Criminology and Social Justice/Community Studies.

During his time at Saint Mary's, Kyle has been actively involved with SMUSA with his most recent position being VP Advocacy. Kyle is passionate about grassroots organizing to address social inequality and revitalizing Indigenous ways of knowing in restorative justice principles.
