Employee Engagement Survey

This survey and the results are just the beginning of what will become an important annual process. Along with setting a benchmark for employee engagement, the findings will help guide new initiatives that will continuously improve our employee experience.  A full survey will be sent out on an annual basis with a pulse check at around the half-year mark.
