Foundation for an Agile Workplace

The world is in a constant state of flux. Consequently, today’s workforce requires agility to keep up with the pace of change in their environment and workplace. Those that can adapt have a better chance of success while those that don’t, may experience setbacks. Change can be difficult to implement especially if an organization has been successful in the past. However, complacency can set in. Even entrepreneurial organizations can become imbedded in structural restraints, as they become larger organizations. Understanding these phenomena is a must if one is to try to implement change. Preparation is key. In this course we will discover how to challenge those barriers and prepare your organization for change, to eventually transform it into an agile organization that is better prepared to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
