The Sobey Executive MBA specializes in Evidence-Based Management (EBM). EBM means making decisions using the best available evidence from multiple sources by using the six A’s to define and explore a problem or question: ask, acquire, appraise, aggregate, apply, and assess.

Evidence-Based Management Framework

EBM is a significant and growing field. The Sobey School is formally pursuing certification by the International Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa). We are the first school of business in Canada to formally pursue CEBMa certification.
