Use this form when your true GPA cannot be recognized by our system. For additional information on whether or not you are required to submit an application, click here.

Students who have completed 30 credit hours per academic year and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.67 or higher are automatically assessed for the Dean’s List.

Non-Traditional Parchment Request (PDF)

For students who graduated since May 2000 onward and wish to order a non-traditional parchment with their major/minor indicated on the parchment.
