Cancellation, transfer and refund
Request for cancellation or postponement of your test must be made via email or letter. Once the request has been made, we will send you the "Request for Refund or Test Day Transfer" form to complete.
Cancellations or postponements made by telephone will not be accepted.
Cancellation requests received more than 5 weeks ahead of the test date will receive a full refund (less a $75 administrative fee).
Cancellation requests received less than 5 weeks ahead of the test date will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or transfer will be approved.
