Drop-in programs

All current students are welcome to attend drop-in programs.

Peer Support Program

Peer Supporters are trained upper-year Saint Mary’s students who offer peer-to-peer mental health support. You can meet with a Peer Supporter to discuss mental health, learn resiliency and coping strategies, and find out about resources. Join their events or one-to-one support during office hours.
