Important information regarding quiz, test and exam accommodations

The Fred Smithers Centre requires at least two (2) weeks notice for quizzes, tests, and midterms.  Two weeks notice means that requests must be submitted fourteen (14) days before the test date, and must be submitted no later than 4:00pm.

Due to the volume of requests that we receive, late test requests may not be accepted .

Please use this TEST REQUEST FORM for all upcoming quizzes, tests and exams.

Saint Mary's University provides accommodations to students with disabilities through the Fred Smithers Centre for Student Accessibility. Various services are available to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

For returning students who have already registered with the Fred Smithers Centre and would like to have their accommodations re-activated for the upcoming semester, contact fredsmithers.centre@smu.ca.

We require an application form and documentation to support accommodation. When both items are received, you will be contacted by email to schedule an Intake Meeting with one of our Accessibility Advisors.
