Dale Noseworthy, CPA, CFA

Killam is a publicly traded real estate investment trust owning, managing and developing a $5.5 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities across Canada. Dale joined Killam in 2006. Prior to her appointment to CFO in 2017, Dale held the role of Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Planning. Dale has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, investor relations, strategy and corporate communications. Prior to joining Killam in 2006, she worked as an equity research analyst at Beacon Securities and held a variety of finance positions at Nova Scotia Power and Emera. Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a CFA charterholder.

Kellie Sauriol BA'99

Kellie Sauriol BA'99 VP with RBCAs Regional Vice President, Business Financial Services Atlantic, Kellie Sauriol is responsible for the leadership and performance of RBC’s Commercial and Small Business teams across Atlantic Canada. This includes the delivery of exceptional client service and advice by over 200 advisors in the Region, supporting business owners in financing organic growth, acquisitions, and succession events including shareholder and management buyouts. Beyond providing capital, Kellie’s team also offers strategic advice and access to a breadth of RBC experts on topics such as treasury management, hedging strategies, wealth management, tax and estate planning, employee engagement, and practical approaches to increasing the value of their business.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Kellie joined RBC in 1998 and in her 25+ year career with RBC Royal Bank of Canada, has held a variety of advisory and leadership roles across our Personal & Commercial Banking network, Wealth Management, and head office including Distribution Strategy and Human Resources. Kellie is a graduate of both Saint Mary’s University (Bachelor of Arts) and the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management (Master of Business Administration).

Kellie has always been very involved in our community, raising funds for many charitable causes and providing volunteer time for many initiatives. Kellie currently serves on the IWK Foundation Board of Trustees and the Saint Mary’s University Board of Governors.

Kellie has one daughter, Ava, and is passionate about spending quality time together enjoying most outdoor activities, including skiing in the winter and all water sports in the summer months.

She has more than a decade of experience across investor relations, corporate strategy, risk management, and wealth management, and is passionate about communicating complex financial and business topics to diverse audiences. Monica holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University and is a proud CFA charterholder. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, skiing, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Brigitte holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and is completing a Master of Planning at Dalhousie.

Grace Scuse

Grace Scuse is a second-year Bachelor of Commerce student from Ontario, with a passion for finance and sustainability. Last year, she served as the Vice President of the SMU Economics Society and a representative of the SMU Investment Society. Following this, she worked as a Project Assistant for the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre on the Business Design team. Moving forward, Grace is excited to continue her degree and discover her future in finance.

Reihaneh (Rihanna) Kolivandi

She is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, where her research focuses on artificial intelligence, sustainability, and corporate finance. Before starting her PhD, Reihaneh spent more than a decade working in finance, including roles in financial analysis, investment management, and leadership, and she also started a financial literacy initiative for women and young people to help them feel more confident about money and financial decisions. Today, she combines her industry experience, research, and teaching to explore an important question: How can finance help build a better future? She is interested in how new technologies can improve financial decisions and how finance can help address challenges such as sustainability and inequality, while inspiring young people to see finance not only as a career, but also as a way to create new ideas, make better decisions, and contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
