The Present and the Future
How the Great Reset Will Shape the Future of Retail
October 1, 2021 | 10:00am – 12:15pm ADT | Virtual Event
About
Omnichannel retailing is an approach that provides a seamless and integrated customer experience between digital and physical channels such as websites, social media and brick and mortar stores.
The pandemic forced retailers to accelerate and rethink their omnichannel strategies as restrictions limited in-person shopping. Retailers had to offer new ways for customers to experience their brands and more convenient ways to shop.
This event will bring retail industry leaders together to share their experiences from the past year, discuss how they see the future of omnichannel retailing, and share how their companies are preparing for the future.
