Saint Mary’s University and the Sobey School of Business move forward with refreshed brand

Today, Saint Mary’s University unveiled a bold, refreshed brand. More than an updated look and feel, the brand is a powerful new way of telling the Saint Mary’s story in a way that captures the spirit, energy and excellence of our community.
Along with the refreshed SMU brand, you will notice changes to the Sobey School of Business identity. This new look brings us closer together, strengthening the reputations and impact of both the University and the Sobey School of Business.
These changes are the result of extensive consultation with a diverse group of faculty, students, staff, alumni and other members of the Saint Mary’s community.
The refreshed brand is a distillation of the best of what we are, and what we strive to be: a caring community with strong values, a university with a rapidly expanding research profile and a place where professors take the time to support our students. Proudly rooted in Halifax on Canada’s East Coast, yet global in reach and influence.
Above all, we are a place of possibility for our students, faculty and staff, and we are looking to the future – to our world, without limits.
