How do I withdraw without a financial penalty?

  • Students must withdraw from classes on or before the last day to add and/or drop classes to avoid a financial penalty.
  • Last day to add and/or drop classes without a financial penalty:
    • Fall Term (201210) - up to and including Friday September 16, 2011
    • Winter Term (201220) - up to and including Friday January 13, 2012

I dropped all my classes, are there any costs?

  • A $50.00 withdrawal fee will be assessed to students who withdraw from all of their classes.
  • Students who withdraw from classes after the last day to add and/or drop classes without a financial penalty will be required to pay a percentage of the associated tuition and fees. Please click here for the withdrawal schedule.

I registered for courses but did not attend. Will I be charged?

  • Yes, students are responsible for all tuition and fees associated with courses they are registered for.
  • If you have selected courses online, you are a registered student.
  • Non-attendance in classes does not constitute a withdrawal.
  • You must withdraw from classes on or before the last day to add and/or drop classes to avoid a financial penalty.
  • If you withdraw after the last day to add and/or drop classes, you will be required to pay a percentage of the associated tuition and fees. Please click here for the withdrawal schedule.

I want to withdraw from classes, but it is after the last day to add and/or drop classes. How much will I get back?

I already paid my fees, then withdrew from courses. How do I get my money back?

The withdrawal information indicated above does not apply to some programs, such as:

  • Executive MBA
  • Master of Finance
  • PhD Program in Management
  • MBA (specific courses only)
