Budgeting Tips

Information regarding the preparation of a yearly budget is available.

Students can also obtain assistance in determining whether they can meet the educational expenses, exploring all sources of financial aid to meet individual needs, and finding alternative sources of financial aid where possible.

Budget and debt counselling workshops are offered from time to time. Information will be available at the Service Centre.

One-on-one appointments can be made to see a Financial Aid and Awards staff member. Please contact financial.aid@smu.ca to set up an appointment.
