Change My Faculty (Program)

 

What is a "Change of Faculty"?

A “Change of Faculty” is for students who wish to transfer programs within Saint Mary’s University (e.g. switch from a B.Comm to a BA, or a BA - 3 year to a BA – 4 year).

 

How do I change my faculty?

1. Complete the “Change of Faculty” form available at the Service Centre(MM108) or online here.
2. Fill out the “Faculty to be Added” and “Faculty to be Dropped” sections.
3. Have the Dean’s office of the “Faculty to Be Added” sign (e.g. if switching into a BComm, see the Dean of Commerce).
   • For contact information and/or room numbers please refer to the Campus Directory and search by department.
4. Once completed, please return to the Service Centre and we will update your program.
