Digital Business Discourse and Language in Online Customer Care Delivery Professional Writing (Business and Technical Communication), Institutional Discourses, Visual Design, Visual Rhetorics, and Academic Composition The History and Rhetoric of Business Writing, especially Fifteenth-century Commercial Administrative Writings and Bureaucratic Culture & Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), Multimodal Discourse, Narratology, Intertextuality, Sociolinguistics, Pragmatics, Feminist Rhetorical Theory Oral and interpersonal communications; cross-cultural communication; and Presentation and new media technologies such as PowerPoint and its effective use History of the English Language; Orality, Literacy, and Gesture; Visual Culture; New Media; Media Literacy; and Semiotics & Epistolary Rhetoric in the late medieval and early modern periods, with a particular focus on women's epistolary activity and their engagement with estate administration and management
