Project Members

The ABLE Program has a strong, multidisciplinary team with expertise in management, occupational stress, clinical psychology, work-life balance, mental health, and preventive health interventions. Our partners and advisory committee members are active contributors from government, health-care organizations, and health benefits provider.

Our ABLE Coaches come from many different backgrounds and bring with them to ABLE a great mix of expertise and skills.

Nikola Hartling
Nikola brings expertise to her coaching from her psychology background. She has experience conducting and coordinating research as well as applied experience in organizational consulting. She is a SSHRC funded graduate student completing her MSc in Industrial/Organizational psychology under the supervision of Dr. Day.

Misha Leach
Misha brings experience to her coaching from her psychoohy background and related research. She hopes to bring her experience with the ABLE program to a future career in counseling psychology.

Mandi MacDonald
Mandi brings experience to her coaching from her psychology background. Mandi has significant research and applied organizational experience. She is currently a NSHRF funded student completing her MSc in Industrial/Organizational psychology under the supervision of Dr. Day. Mandi is also the Program Coordinator of the ABLE Program.
