Work Smarts is a paid nine month internship that combines work experience, skills training and mentoring. It allows post secondary graduates the opportunity to apply the skill sets they developed at school, in a work setting that is consistent with their past education and will allow them to become leaders in their chosen fields. The work placements will focus on expanding and growing market sectors, and work experiences will occur in the following areas:



     
In addition to the experiential-based learning of the work placements, participants will undergo intensive personal assessment and skill training designed to ensure the participants are able to become future leaders.
