  • Achieving success in a competitive, global market means that planning is more important now than ever before.
  • Business planning takes a considerable amount of time, effort, and expertise.

                         Planning will assist you in:

Business Plan

A Business Plan is a document that outlines your business goals and the plan for reaching them. This plan can be focused for internal or external use, depending on your needs. Typically, we examine the industry, do a market analysis, discuss ownership and management structure, operations of the organization and complete a full financial analysis.

Strategic Plan

A Strategic Plan helps you to isolate the best steps to orchestrate your organization's next steps. It will determine what is happening internally within your organization and what is happening in the external marketplace. This often encompasses a 3-5 year timeframe. This plan will guide the involvement of all key players within your organization as well as your key stakeholders.

Operational Plan

An Operational plan examines how to implement what was uncovered during the development of a Strategic plan. Typical questions answered are:

Where are we now and where do we want to be?

How do we get there and how do we measure our progress?
It will examine who should be involved, what standards are used for measurement of outcomes, timetables for implementation and specific activities to be delivered.

Marketing Plan

A marketing plan can be a component of a business plan, but a stand-alone marketing plan looks at issues surrounding marketing in greater depth. This plan is linked back to the Vision and Mission of your organization, which provides how your product or service is marketed. An industry analysis is key to a marketing plan to understand who your customers are, what their buying patterns are, their attitudes towards your product, and their expectations. A good marketing plan will have a financial analysis, looking at sales and distribution, advertising, and product data. Marketing objectives can be recommended once the analysis is complete.

Market Assessment

Sometimes, it's challenging to even know whether there is a market for the idea you've created. A market assessment examines the external marketplace and a competitor analysis to determine whether there is a need for the product or service you have. It will also examine any other potential uses or markets for what has been designed.

Sales Management Process

Managing your sales can be a very challenging part of your business. A sales management process provides you with a framework to analyze your sales planning, tracking, and reporting. This is different from revenue tracking since it also must take into consideration sales forecasting techniques.

Promotion and Communication Plan

A communication plan assists you by determining how to reach your target audience. Targeting your message is key, and a promotional plan will make recommendations about how to best use your marketing dollars to reach your potential customers.
