Oral and Poster PresentationsThe Scientific Organizing Committee will accept abstracts for the oral presentations and posters. Scientific contributions will be presented in specified sessions with the invited speaker followed by oral contributed talks. Due to time constraints and scheduling, the number of oral contributions may be limited. The Scientific Organizing Committee will make the final determination regarding acceptance and the content of the program. As many talks as possible will be accommodated. Those papers that are accepted but cannot be accommodated as oral presentations will be accepted as posters instead. Deadline for all abstract submissions is 28 August 09 to icaadmin@ap.smu.ca . If you need to withdraw your contribution please notify icaadmin@ap.smu.ca as early as possible. You will receive a confirmation of your submission within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us icaadmin@ap.smu.ca . You will be notified about whether your submission has been accepted for an oral contribution by 8 September 2009. The time allocations for presentations are as follows:
Time will be allowed for questions. Posters will be displayed on free-standing poster boards for the entire duration of the Meeting with viewing during breaks and lunches. A poster board will accomadate posters of the following size:
