Pursuant to our usage agreement, "while care has been taken to provide accurate information, Saint Mary's University has not verified, and is not otherwise responsible for, the accuracy of the information listed or any liability related to or arising from the use of this information".

As a resource centre for students, the Saint Mary's University Off-Campus Housing Office does not inspect, arrange or guarantee housing for students. The student is responsible for inspecting and arranging their own accommodations. Saint Mary's University is not responsible for any problems etc. which may arise between the student and the landlord for any posting found on the Saint Mary's or any other website.

Effective September 1, 2006, the fee charged to non-students for a listing on the Off-Campus Housing website was increased to $35.  This rate is not subject to HST and is not applicable to students, faculty or staff.  Students can continue to post one free ad per Banner number (A number).
