| Apartment Hunting
There are a number of things you need to know before you begin looking
for an apartment but not limited to the following:
First, you should assess your needs. This will help you determine what type of accommodation to look for, its location in the city, who to look with, and what you can expect to find. |
| Second, you'll want to know where to look - websites, newspapers, bulletin boards, etc. |
| Third, you'll need to know what to look for. There are a number of different types of accommodations available to you, and without narrowing your search, it can be a long and difficult task! |
Before you arrive in the city, you may need to arrange for temporary accommodations as you may not be able to move into your apartment upon arriving in Halifax or you just simply need some adjustment time. |
