Apartment Help
You've decided to live off campus, but where do you begin? What type
of apartment do you look for? How much will it cost? Do you need
to buy Insurance? Will the apartment have furniture?
Moving into an apartment for the first time can be a little overwhelming.
It is important to know what you are doing. For example, you
should know what your rights and responsibilities are under the
Nova Scotia
Tenancy Act, what your obligations are - both financially and
physically - once you've put your name on the lease. This is
where "Apartment
Help" can be of some assistance to you.
You can find an answer for almost any question you have concerning
living off campus in this section. The menu to the left outlines
the type of information found on the site. If you have additional
questions, simply contact us.
