Bob Morrow Passes Away
The flags in front of the McNally Building were lowered to half-mast Wednesday to note the sudden passing of Bob Morrow, a long time employee at Saint Mary's.
Morrow joined the University in 1996 and worked as a Stores Clerk, a job he loved.
"He had an extensive education, but this was the kind of work he liked. It got him out and about and in contact with people," recalled Gail Levangie, Manager of Procurement. "He was very good with people."
Colleagues said he was a huge sports fan and rarely missed a Huskies game. He also loved to walk in every kind of weather.
"'He walked into work every day from Dutch Village Road," said Levangie. "He never missed a day's work in 13 years."
Morrow passed away Tuesday night.
