Get your robots ready

The Engineering Society at Saint Mary's University will be holding its Annual Engineering Design Fair and Robot Curling Contest on Thursday, March 27th from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon in the Multi-Purpose Room (Loyola Building).

Over last three months, the design class of the 2nd year engineering and students from Sir. John A. MacDonald High School have been designing, building and testing remotely controlled robots to play a modified version of curling in a scaled-down arena.

Saint Mary’s University offers a unique and popular introductory Engineering Program, which attracts top notch students from the Maritime region, across Canada, and around the world.
