Dr. J. Colin Dodds, President, Saint Mary’s University, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of the External Affairs team. Congratulations to both Mr. Patrick Crowley, who has accepted the position of Director of Alumni, and to Ms. Heather Fitzpatrick, who has assumed the role of Director of Development.

Mr. Crowley, an active alumnus and accomplished business leader, brings a proven track record and a history of community involvement to his new position. His sophisticated understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing Saint Mary’s University will be an invaluable asset as he provides strategic direction to the Alumni Association and its Executive.

Ms. Fitzpatrick, with two decades of fundraising experience in the education and health sectors, brings an impressive array of skills and considerable talent to her new role of providing strategic direction to the Development Office. Her exceptional combination of knowledge and expertise, born of a multitude of leadership positions, will be a vital addition to the university.

We welcome both of these talented people as an integral part of Saint Mary’s University’s continued leadership in post-secondary education.
