Sobey School Business Development Centre

The Sobey School Business Development Centre (SSBDC) is a non-for-profit organization created 25 years ago to act as a bridge between the university and the business community. We believe that engaging students in entrepreneurship unleashes their imagination, energy, capabilities and desire to learn. We offer a rich mixture of opportunities for students, faculty and business to interact and grow. Over the past five years, SSBDC programs have provided opportunities to more than 4,500 students, allowing them to be engaged in curricular and extra-curricular activities.
