Policies and Procedures for Booking Rooms

The information in this section describes the procedures necessary for booking Saint Mary's facilities for activities, not academic classes or athletic facilities. You must book facilities for activities through Conference Services and we will help coordinate any services required for your function. Please call us at 420-5055. Our phone lines are very busy and we return all calls within one business day. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm.
