Yin Yoga

A Yin Yoga class targets the deep and more plastic connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia). Because these tissues are less elastic, the poses are held for extended periods of time, usually three to five minutes which allows for a safe and slow release. This practice is great for reduction of stress.

NEW! Kids Play

This 45 minute class has been developed for toddles 2 & 3 years old to help them build confidence, balance, strength, coordination and to socialize with other children. The class will consist of 20 minutes repeating an "obstacle course" that will include balancing exercises, a mini trampoline, rolling, jumping and climbing. After this there will be 15 minutes of "free time". Activites will vary from week to week. To end the class we will sing and dance. The children will be joined with their parents and the class will be led by Certified Personal Trainer and Father of a toddler, Rick Horsman.
