Rick's PT

Rick Horsman offers group personal training focused on fitness & conditioning. Intensity is high and results will be noticeable. Additional class dates may be added dependent upon interest. No prorate pricing for this program.

Pilates on The Mat

With a focus on core conditioning, awareness and alignment, Pilates is the perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab, and life.

  • [BG] = Beginner level. Essentials recommended for those who are new to Pilates. This class is for older adults with a focus on balance and strengthening
  • [IN] = Intermediate level. Previous Pilates experience recommended
  • [AD] = Advanced Pilates experience

Pilates Equipment

This is your opportunity to feel how the larger Pilates Equipment facilitates the Pilates exercises. No discounts/refunds for missed classes.

  • [ BG ] = Beginner Level. These are the Essentials, recommended for those who are new to Pilates.
  • [ IN ] = Intermediate Level. Previous Reformer experience required.
  • [ AD ] = Advanced Pilates experience.

Spin-Yin

Another innovative program with Ocean with this combination class of an intense 30 minute Spin followed by a relaxing and flexibility building Yin Yoga.

It's never too late to learn ballet. Adult Ballet classes offer a fun way to strengthen your body, posture, and stay supple while learning the fundamentals of Ballet. This is a beginner class, perfect for those who are new and returning to Ballet.

RickMyTrainer

This new program will give you the flexibility to have a challenging workout multiple times a week without having to commit to a specific day in advance. Rick will be here every morning so it will be easy to fit these workouts into your regular routine. One month rate gives you access to all 5 classes or any combination therein. Workout styles will include: plyometric based, circuit, core focused, stretching, and cardio just to name a few. All classes will make use of a wide variety of equipment. The objective of the program is to improve your fitness while burning off extra body fat. Rick Horsman is a passionate Fitness Leader and Personal Trainer who is committed to helping his clients achieve their best fitness, while staying safe and having fun. This will be the brightest and best time of your day - get your workout done before going to work! For our registration purposes we will ask that you register for only 1 of the 2 options below. You can come to any of the days of the week for any number of classes – just choose the option that you think you will attend most of the time.

Bodyfit by Sonja

Personal Trainer, Group Fitness & Yoga Instructor Sonja Esber, designs fun-filled classes enjoyed by participants of all ages. This gentle boot camp style class includes, building cardiovascular endurance, total body strength & flexibility training (primarily using your own bodyweight). Each participant works at their own fitness level. Get motivated and stay motivated by getting both individual and group support in this fitfully fun class.

SpinSculpt

In this one-hour class, you get the best of both worlds.  First, a fast-paced 30 minute spin session that will get your heart rate up and blast calories.  Then enjoy 30 minutes of sculpting work to strengthen, tone and stretch your muscles.  An effective and safe workout for all levels!
