Full-Time Students
All full-time Saint Mary's University students receive complimentary Plus Memberships, which run from September 1 to April 30 each year.

Five Step Program - Free to Members
Your membership includes 5 FREE sessions with one of our Certified Program Staff. In each session you will learn a variety of exercise techniques resulting in a personalized program. Appointments are booked in the Cardio Room or call 420-5008.
