It features a sophisticated curved design and smooth system that allows its user to speed up and slow down instantly, rather than pushing buttons and waiting for the running belt to follow suit.
The Tower Fitness Facility is very excited to be one of the first fitness facilities in Canada to have one of these unique new treadmills. With the curved design of the motor-less treadmill, it better simulates running outdoors compared to flat treadmills and there is no maximum speed since it is human powered! Both athletes and light exercisers are seeing the benefits of this new piece of equipment. Ask our Tower Program staff to get you started.
