Question: Hi! when registering for courses do you have to take all of the recommended courses? I'm going into the bachelor of science program but I want to be able to take some sociology and criminology as well.

Answer: When registering for courses it is usually in your best interest to take the recommended courses for your specific program but sometimes in your case students usually want to explore different options. My advice would be to speak with the science advising centre on the third floor of the science building to ensure that taking both sociology and criminology courses also counts towards your science degree.
