Answer: Hi, despite the fact that Saint Mary's University is known to have a great Business program, the quality of education is great in all faculties. As far as job opportunities are concerned, you may have to relocate to a bigger city based on your major to cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal etc to find better opportunities since Halifax doesn't have a variety of opportunities for science students. However, if you choose to get involved around the campus and gain those valuable skills then maybe you can get a decent job in Halifax and won't have to relocate. It all depends on how good you are and how you choose to develop your skills. Permanent residence in Canada takes time and its helpful but not required to have a job relevant to your major to qualify for multiple immigration policies that the Canadian Government offers. I would recommend you to do more research and take time to consider your decision. Good Luck!
