Question: What are the struggles and benefits of doing a dual major?

Answered by: Aryn
Answer: The hardest thing about a dual major, in my case, is that the majors have very little in common. Scheduling classes between two faculties is a really delicate process (shoutout to the academic advisors for all their help!). Switching from studying vastly different topics is one of the things I find most difficult (take Human Resources and Calculus for example… Verrrry little overlap). Conversely, I love getting to develop two different methods of thinking from my degrees- management involves a lot of critical thinking, and physics has taught me a lot about applying math models to find answers!
