Question: My self service banner ID and PIN is not authorized. What do I do? I'm a new student and want to register.

Answer: Hey! You can email the Service Centre at service.centre@smu.ca or go in to see them in McNally Main 108 and they will reset your pin. In the email include your Full name, A number, birthday and an address they have on file for you! If you go into the office make sure to bring ID.
