Question: Why can't I get my official receipt from paying for my summer courses like I did for payments from September?

Answer: Hey! Your official receipt for any term is a print off of your “Account Summary by Term” from Self Service Banner. It is automatically updated every time you add and drop a course or make a payment. During the term there would have also been a PDF statement available. If you have any problems with this you can come to the Service Centre in McNally Main 108 or email us at service.centre@smu.ca. Good Luck!
