Question: I am logged into the SMUport, but the Resident Portal tab is not there. Is this because I have been only recently accepted?

Answer: As soon as you log into SMUport you should be able to see the Residence Portal tab. If you cannot, their may be an issue with your account settings and you should contact ITSS at helpdesk@smu.ca in order to have them fix your account.
