Q
Asked by: Jenna
Question: Is psychology considered to be part of the additional electives needed for the 120 credit hours for your degree if your majoring in biology and minoring in psychology? Can I use those electives to complete my minor or do I need those electives PLUS my 30 credit hours in psychology?

Answered by: Lawson
Answer: If you're minoring in psychology, any psychology credits will go to filling that requirement first. Then once you have completed all the credit hours needed, they will start to fill out elective requirements. If you need guidance, book an appointment with the academic advisor for your faculty. Necia Browne is the advisor for the arts and I recommend you sit down with her as she is very helpful and informative. Good luck!
