Question: Hi, I am from India and i would like know how the Job market if for Indian Management grads. If i decide to take up the Sobey MBA programme offer, ill have to take a student loan of CAD 40,000 from my country and i have to repay that immediately by working there. Is it easy to get part time jobs and internships. Also, is there any scholarships that i can apply for my living expenses and / or tuition fees.

Answer: Hello from Halifax! All situations are different, but Halifax is a very welcoming city with people who would be happy to help you find job opportunities. There are often positions available on campus, you can contact the Student Employment Centre with any of your questions, http://www.smu.ca/campus-life/contact-us.html. Saint Mary's offers a number of scholarships, all of the information can be found here, http://www.smu.ca/academics/scholarships/scholarships.html. Good luck with your decision making, hopefully you can find a place at SMU.
