Question: I ordered a parcel that was delivered last week, but unfortunately there hasn't been a slip in my mailbox for me to pick it up. It shows me online that it was delivered. Who do I contact about this? I entered my residence address correctly.

Answer: I recommend you go visit Johnny in the mail room sometime Mon-Fri between 4-7pm. If it was delivered to campus and there was an issue, hopefully he will have some answers. However, if it never made it to campus, you may need to contact the mail carrier directly to trace the package and confirm it¹s location. I hope that helps, good luck!
