Question: Hello, I am pursuing B.Tech(computer science engineering). This is my 3rd year in A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University. That means this is my 5th semester. I want to complete my remaining semester in your university. That is I am talking about credit transfer. If this is possible in your university. Please help me by providing me details about admission, course duration as well as fee structure. Thank You

Answer: Hey! So there's a lot of information in this answer so I'll try to break it down cleanly. First, you should check out the "Future Students" tab on the website (http://www.smu.ca/future-students/welcome.html). If you click through some of the different tabs it has a lot of information about tuition prices, admission requirements, and the online application. Specific questions can be sent to service.centre@smu.ca . I would also suggest you contact admission.status@smu.ca for specific questions about what transfer credits you would receive and how that process will work. Typically you would need to send a transcript and they will decide which credits can be counted into you Saint Mary's degree. They will let you know if and when you should do this. It is also important to note that Saint Mary's grants 4 year undergraduate degrees (120 credits/40 classes), half of which must be completed at Saint Mary's in order to graduate, so you would be looking at doing about another year and a half, assuming all of your credits are able to be transferred to SMU. Also note that you would be transferring to a Bachelor of Science degree (I'm assuming your major would be Computer Science). I hope this helped!
