Question: My study permit had a mistake so I want to amend it. To amend it I need a letter of enrollment. So I tried to get Confirmation of Enrollment from self service banner. But which term should I choose when I request the Confirmation?

Answer: Hey Yuying, You can order confirmation of enrollment letters for any semesters which you are currently registered for. So, you may order one for this semester (Fall) if you are registered as well as one for the winter semester if you are registered in that one, too. Once requested, the letter will be emailed to your preferred email address the following business day by noon.
