Question: Hi. I've been accepted to SMU but I can't find the "Residence Portal" tab. I've read through previous answers that the portal would open February 1st (yesterday). Should I email the help desk, or is the portal still unavailable for September 2016?

Answer: There could be a problem with the website or with the specific to each user as well.. Try sending in your A-number and S-number and the information that you cant see on portal tab to the helpdesk! We can fix it in a jiffy. helpdesk@smu.ca
