Minutes From Your Classes
A majority of classes are in Loyola Academic which is below and annexed to the Loyola Residence. Therefore, your classes are just a short elevator ride away.

Vanier Residence

Vanier is a low-rise building housing 224 students (same gender and co-ed floor) in four separate houses. Each floor in Vanier consists of a common lounge and three suites - each containing two double rooms and two single rooms with shared washroom facilities. The double rooms are approximately 10 x 14 feet, while the single rooms are approximately 8 x 11 feet in size.

Small residence, big community. Vanier House, being the smallest of the three residences, has a great community atmosphere. Comprised of all-female and co-ed floors.

Newly renovated and technologically upgraded. Rooms are arranged in three suites and converge on a central foyer, where the lounge is located. The lounge on each floor is an area where you can socialize - it's much like a living room.

Edmund Rice Residence

Rice is a 17-storey residence housing students in self-contained, furnished, two (shared room with another student) and three (single room) bedroom apartments. The students in each apartment share a kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area.

Rice is the only residence that does not require a meal plan, though you can purchase a plan if you desire. Many students like the appeal of being able to cook their own food.

Apartments are a great place where you can relax and socialize in a self-contained environment.

Independence, and the convenience of Campus! Rice is a great place for students who want independence, with the convenience of living on campus. You're still just minutes from your classes!
