System Analysis

The ITSS Systems Analysis team works to upgrade and customize Self-Service Banner, and can implement new modules based on requests from university departments. We assist departments in the operation and maintenance of software applications, and provide security access services. Our systems analysts also help SMUSA with systems tasks (eg. online forms for opting out of the student health plan).
