Lab Assistants

Lab Assistants (LA's) assist students with software applications and troubleshooting computer problems. LA's can be identified when on duty by their ITSS IDs.

LA - Lab Locations

McNally LA	ME009, ME011, ME Kiosks, Atrium & Burke Kiosks
Loyola LA	MM214, L182, L278 & SB155

If you are having difficulties with a lab computer or software, please contact the LA in your location. LA's are not permitted to help you with your academic projects. If the LA is not available, you can contact the Help Desk directly.

Lab Assistant Hours (Academic Year)

Monday – Thursday	9am - 9pm
Friday	9am - 5pm
Saturday – Sunday	12pm - 5pm

Lab Assistant Hours (summer)

Monday – Thursday	9am - 5pm
Friday	9am - 9pm
Saturday	9am - 8pm
