Self-Service Banner

Self-Service Banner is a site that allows students to look up and register for courses, access courses and exam schedules, and view transcripts and grades. Employees can access payroll information, job history, and tax forms.

When you first enter the site, you will see three links. The first link, Enter Secure Area, is where you can access your personal account. The second link, Class Schedule, allows you to view the schedules for all confirmed classes, and narrow your search based on criteria such as instructor, course number, and faculty. The third link, Course Catalog, provides detailed information on courses, including general outlines and prerequisites.

Enter Secure Area

In this area, you will require your login information: your A# and Self-Service PIN. If you are a new student, you should have received this information via mail. Click here if you don't have your Self-Service Banner information.

The A# is very important. Not only does it allow you to access Self-Service Banner and various services for students on campus (such as the Writing Centre and the Tower Athletic Facility), you will need it to activate your campus computer account and email.

When you enter the secure area, you will see links to different sections of Self-Service Banner.

Personal Information:

  • how to submit a change of name to the appropriate offices

Student Information:

  • message center for online registration information

    • add or drop classes
