Q: How do I put in a work order?
A: If you are a departmental secretary or administrator, you should have a login to the Que Centre Work Order system. At www.quecentre.com/smu, you can log in and click "Create Work Order" under the Work Order menu. If you do not have a login and want to place a work order, contact us at facilities.management@smu.ca to get a login account or contact your departmental secretary or administrator and he/she can place the work order for you.
Q: Who do I contact to get new furniture?
A: All furniture requests must be submitted on the Facilities Management web site via the Furniture Request form.
Q: How do I get furniture moved to a different office?
A: Go to the web site and submit an office move request via the Facilities Management web site.
Q: Who do I contact if there is an urgent matter such as a clogged or overflowed toilet, supplies in a washroom need to be restocked, etc?
A: Urgent request can be called in to Facilities Management at 420-5572.
Q: How do I order keys?
A: Keys requests must be made through Facilities Management. Key request forms may be downloaded from the Facilities Management web site or picked up at the Facilities Management office, McNally South, Rm001.
Q: Where do I pay or appeal parking tickets?
A: You can pay your ticket at Facilities Management in McNally South 001. If you would like to appeal your ticket, you can do so within 24 hours of recieving your ticket by visiting University Security in the McNally Main basement.
Q: Does Saint Mary's University have a carpool program?
A: Yes, we have a carpool program, which provides reserved spaces for registered carpool groups. For more details, please refer to the Parking and Alternate Transportation Policy.
